Hey all! Thanks for another wonderful week of Ink, Sweat and Tears! Due to an overwhelming response for interviews, I actually have to temporarily put a halt to new sign-ups. I have a MASSIVE backlog of interviews that’s going to take me at least a month and a half to sort through, which is.. kind of amazing, actually. If you’d like to be notified about when sign-ups go live, you can either follow me on twitter or sign up for my mailing list.
ALSO, if you look at the contact page, I’ve added a separate sign-up for crowdfunding campaigns to be featured. Those features will go out every Friday and don’t require any additional questioning.
Now without further ado… on with the recap!
|LECTRO By Jeremy7| After escaping from a secret lab, the socially inept LECTRO Unit No. 7084 is found by Venus Mercury, who happens to be a vigilante superhero. Venus dubs him Toby Lectro and gets the idea to use crimefighting as a way to teach him about life in Outer City while also helping keep the streets safe.
|Threshold – The Story of Vance Hibbert by Vince the Stick| One night, Vance Hibbert is visited by a mysterious man, named Lucien, who grants his wish to gain comic book superpowers. Unfortunately, he ends up with the less than desirable ability to convert received pain into fuel for his powers, but he aims to make it work.
|Cryptida by Microraptor| Cryptida chronicles the adventures of the Department of Cryptozoology, University of Gernsbeck. Though their main business is hunting cryptids, they also often get entangled in a lot of other weird shenanigans, which can involve such various things as pirates, Atlantis, or evil toy companies.
J-Pan da Coolgah is a freelance Graphic Designer/illustrator from NY. When not drawing, he usually helps out by volunteering at conventions or working as an after school art teacher. He specializes in portraits and original characters.
Last but not Least!
