Week 4 Recap!

I can’t believe it’s already been 4 weeks since I officially launched this site! Time flies when I’m discovering new awesome webcomics! This week, we’ve got a historical drama, urban fantasy with DEMONS(!) and I wanted to share a bit of advice on how to write an elevator pitch because I feel like it’s necessary skillset that most webcomic creators don’t know they need.

Tantz Aerine is hails from Greece and she creates the historical webcomic Without Moonlight, a WWII war drama set in 1942 Nazi-Occupied Athens. Fotis and his gang of fellow war-stricken friends must risk their lives to earn their daily meal, hoping to scrape by until the war ends… if it ends.

Ahmara Smith is from Atlanta, Georgia and makes the Webcomic Hellbound! When Mike’s brother, Sean, gets sucked into a portal to Hell by an evil demon king, Mike must brave the underworld to bring him back, or die trying… even if it means he has to team up with an actual demon to do so.

Tips for Creators #2: The Elevator Pitch. If you were in an elevator with the publisher of your dreams and had thirty seconds to tell them about your project, what would you say? You know how awesome your comic is and you want to name everything that’s awesome about it but you just don’t have the time to do it!

Are you a creator who wants to be featured? You can sign up here!

As always, Ink, Sweat and Tears is a free service that I provide to help signal boost webcomic creators. I conjured everything up with what little free time I have. If you like what I do, why not buy me a ko-fi or help keep the site running through Patreon?
